Modern construction requires up to date techniques to achieve the safest possible outcomes to all work carried out.  In the past nearly all concrete sawing had to be carried out using petrol or diesel engine powered equipment.  This presents serious Occupational Health & Safety issues in any internal area that requires sawing.  While most have tried gas powered saws & catalytic converters, we have found these methods to be severely lacking.

We have embarked on a programme of providing either Electric or Hydraulic alternatives to all previously petrol powered equipment.  We have now achieved this & can offer Fume Free alternatives in the following areas.

  • Hand Sawing - Walls & Floors up to 150mm thick

  • Ring Sawing - Walls & Floors up to 260mm thick

  • Grinding

  • Joint Sawing

  • Track Wall Sawing

We have recently added a new machine to our fleet, which will improve both the flexibility of services that we can offer as well as a major leap forward in safety.

ELECTROMAG 30 FLOOR SAW

This all new 3 phase electric floor saw will allow us to saw indoors with zero exhaust emissions.  The benefits of having this saw on your job include:

  • Totally fume free sawing results in complete safety to the Operator, Other Personnel in the area, Your Client and the Public.
  • No contamination to sensitive goods like Food Products, Shop Stock etc.
  • No possibility of setting off smoke detectors.
  • No need for costly hire of fans.
  • Lower noise emissions will allow more work during normal hours, further reducing costs.
  • 375mm depth of cut. 

Fume FreeWe are also investigating the use of new silent blade 
technology, which will further reduce noise levels.  
The cost of using this unit will be similar to normal floor 
saw rates, which are significantly lower than 
Hydraulic Hand Saw & Ring Saw rates (previously 
the only alternative when fume free sawing is required)

The Electromag 30 floor saw can be used in most locations where 32 or 20amp 3phase power is available or we can provide a generator if required.
