What is Safety Grooving?

Safety Grooving is a method of sawing multiple parallel grooves into a concrete or asphalt surface to provide a slip resistant surface for many appplications.

Parameters:

Subject to application:

• Grooves can vary from 3mm to 10mm wide
• Depth of groove can vary from 3mm to 10mm deep
• Groove centres can vary from 25mm to 100mm

Applications:

• Fork Lift traffic in industrial areas
• Airport runways and taxiways
• Any vehicle traffic areas ie: roads, bridge decks, ramps etc
• Dairy/Cattle yards
